Developing and Maintaining Your Own Brain
Being a software developer is a job that comes with its own set of challenges to the brain: it requires a lot of thinking and continuous learning throughout one's career, but also involves little physical activity. This is even more true in the post-COVID area where many developers perform a large portion of their work from home, which comes with its own set of challenges.
In this keynote Erik Scherder will explain how the topics of his research on the brain apply to the GOTO audience and what we can learn from that. Not only is he the best speaker to address these topics, mr. Scherder is also a living example of how to remain active both physically and professionally for a lifetime. Note that this keynote will not be recorded, so make sure to be there in time!
