Jacob wrote his bachelor thesis about application areas of blockchain technology. For this thesis he won the Financial Sector's Prize Award for Best Bachelor Thesis. As a result of this he was offered an internship at Ethereum’s python core development team. After a successful internship Jacob was offered a full time job at brainbot technologies AG as a developer and consultant. For one year he has now been developing the smart contracts for the Raiden Network and held several workshops and lectures about blockchain technology and smart contract development.
