Cancellation and Purchase

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. Once a registration has been made, the price is set and can not be changed or adjusted.

Masterclasses

In case there is not a sufficient number of registrations for a particular masterclass, we reserve the right to cancel it up to one month prior to the conference. If a masterclass is cancelled, registered attendees will be contacted directly and they can register for another masterclass or get a refund.

Checkout Error

Our registration checkout uses WebSockets. If you encounter any problems during the checkout it is possible that you are on a corporate network with a proxy that blocks WebSockets. You can test and see if that's the issue on below website:

If that's the case, then it'll work if you try registering from a different network.
