Ioannis is a Software Architect, a Speaker, an Inventor & an Atos Distinguished Expert.
He works for Atos, architecting software solutions that empower emergency services to save lives. He has been previously developing software for the banking industry in IBM and the telecommunications sector in SIEMENS.
He was a kid in primary school when he first saw the green screen with the blinking cursor of an Amstrad CPC6128. This computer opened a new world to him, a world of continuous exploration and creation through programming.
He loves sharing his experience in conferences and meetups, including Oracle Code One 2019 in San Francisco/USA, rated by conference attendees as "Excellent" (5/5) both in terms of content and as a speaker.

- Invented a novel way of working remotely. Filed patents related to emergency services.
- Won the 1st award for coming up with the most innovative idea at Atos Innovation Week 2020 (an internal conference for 105.000 employees in 71 countries), having implemented a Proof of Concept in Azure with serverless functions and Computer Vision.
- Speaks at conferences, including Oracle Code One 2019 in San Francisco/USA, rated by conference attendees as "Excellent" (5/5) both in terms of content and as a speaker.
- Previously worked as a developer at IBM and SIEMENS.
