What is Advanced agile? It is not just more techniques -- that is intermediate agile. Advanced agile is delving into why things work, and how we as people work.
This 1-day workshop from Dr. Alistair Cockburn, one of the original authors of the manifesto, is a conversation and a game, to rekindle the energy of practitioners tired of the same-old same-old found in most agile workshops, and to spark the curiosity of those just entering the ranks of advanced agilists. We will have one lecture, two games, and several conversations.
Expect to be challenged, to see theory of why and where all this stuff works, to get a taste of what advanced agile development is all about.
